These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of centuryseven.com (the "Site"), operated by Century Seven Designs ("Century Seven," "we," "us," or "our"), a web design studio based in Salem, Oregon. By visiting or using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the Site.

Use of the site

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, images, portfolio screenshots, and the underlying design and code — are provided for general informational purposes: to describe who we are, what we do, and to let you get in touch about a project. You're welcome to browse the Site and share links to it. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse the Site's design, code, or content for your own commercial purposes without our written permission.

Intellectual property

The Century Seven name, logo, and the design and content of this Site are owned by Century Seven Designs unless otherwise noted. Screenshots and descriptions of client projects shown in our portfolio remain the property of their respective owners and are shown here to illustrate our work, with permission understood as part of the working relationship with each client. If you believe something on this Site shouldn't be here, contact us and we'll look into it.

Project and service agreements

These Terms of Use apply to your use of this website. They don't constitute a contract for design, development, or any other services. If you engage Century Seven for a project, that work is governed by a separate written agreement or proposal covering scope, pricing, timelines, and deliverables, which takes precedence over anything on this Site.

No warranties

This Site is provided "as is." We do our best to keep it accurate and up to date, but we make no guarantees that it's free of errors, uninterrupted, or entirely current at every moment — websites are living things, and pages get updated at different times.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Century Seven Designs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this Site.

Links to other sites

This Site links to third-party websites, including client project sites and our social media profiles. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices.
